Bio / Artists statement

As an artist, my passion is seeking color and texture to enliven scenarios I encounter. Impressionism is my muse and seen in my use of broad brush strokes, palette knife and reflective light.

Abstract art has become my new challenge which has resulted in some interesting pieces . As my friend Ken says, " it's all about the paint ". The images that emerge give each viewer an opportunity to interpret what they see from their individual perspective.

I hope these traits bring joy to the observers of my art as they do to me.
